Great location near a palace and in a green zone. the rooms were clean and non smelly. the staff was very nice and helpful.
The lack of towels included in the price was inconvenient, especially when in a rush to get ready for an event. It was confusing to figure out that we had to pick up bed sheets ourselves, and the staff didn't inform us.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was situated near a little park and on a hill overlooking the city. The view from the room was marvellous, offering a stunning panorama of Vienna. The room itself was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable space for a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and the service was satisfactory. the free parking and stable wifi were great facilities to have.
There was a lack of sockets in the room, making it inconvenient for guests who needed to charge their phones or other devices.
